We are partnering with Back2Back Ministries, an organization that has been a voice for orphans since 1997, serving vulnerable children in Monterrey, Mexico—the third largest city in the nation. Through their comprehensive 5-Point Child Development Plan, they provide holistic care addressing spiritual, physical, educational, emotional, and social needs, helping children break free from generational poverty.

This year, we are focusing our Heart for the Harvest global missions offering on Back2Back's transformative work in Mexico—from children's homes caring for orphans with special needs to their Hope Program helping young adults transition to independent living, to their Strong Families Program reuniting children with biological families.

Amid these struggles, we believe the only lasting solution is found in the life-transforming power of the Gospel.

We are launching a network of church plants, community groups, partner churches, and campus plants - the state of Tennessee needs life-giving bodies of believers now more than ever. The WIN Network will allow us to accelerate our vision to reach 1 percent of Tennessee with the Good News.

We are calling individuals who have felt a burden for their community to partner with us in planting churches, starting small groups, and creating spaces where the Good News of Jesus can take root. We will provide the resources, training, and support for those who feel called to step into their community and plant a life-giving church or group. Whether it’s through fostering and adoption ministries, outreach to the homeless, prison ministry, or creating discipleship groups in your home, we need people who are ready to carry the message of Jesus into every part of our state.

Our East Tennessee communities are crying out for the hope of Jesus to reach into the darkest corners where pain and desperation reign. We face immense challenges—hundreds of men, women, and children experiencing homelessness each night, individuals trapped in cycles of addiction and poverty, and families torn apart by domestic violence. Amid these struggles, we believe the only lasting solution is found in the life-transforming power of the Gospel.

Every year through Heart for the Harvest, we identify one local ministry partner and show how they are making an impact.

For 2025, we are partnering with Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), a ministry that has been rescuing and restoring lives since 1960. KARM serves nearly 1,000 meals each day and provides emergency shelter to 400+ men, women, and children each night who have nowhere else to turn. Their ministry formula of Rescue + Relationships = Restoration reflects our own heart to see lives transformed by the love of Christ.

This year, we are focusing our Heart for the Harvest offering on caring for the unhoused members of our community through KARM's comprehensive approach—from emergency shelter and meals to their Serenity program for women escaping addiction and domestic violence, and job training that helps people rebuild their lives.

The next generation is standing at the crossroads of their defining decade, desperately needing godly mentors and biblical foundations to guide their most crucial life decisions. Ages 15-25 represent the pivotal years when young men and women choose their career paths, life partners, and spiritual commitments—decisions that will shape not only their futures but the future of our communities. Without strong Christian leadership development, an entire generation risks making life-altering choices without the wisdom and truth of God's Word.

We are investing deeply in this defining decade through two transformative initiatives: the Win Leadership Institute and our WinXP Internship programs. WLI offers comprehensive Ministry Leadership and Christian Leadership certificates, equipping young adults with biblical worldview and practical ministry skills through intensive two-year programs. Our WinXP Internships provide hands-on ministry experience, mentorship from seasoned leaders, and real-world training that prepares emerging leaders to make an eternal impact.

This year, we are focusing our Heart for the Harvest offering on expanding these defining decade investments—from launching WLI to creating more WinXP internship opportunities that give young adults immersive ministry experience alongside our staff team.

We are launching an ambitious campus expansion initiative at our Pellissippi Campus—creating expanded kids' space for the next generation to encounter Jesus, a completely renovated courtyard for community events and authentic connection, plus dedicated spaces for WIN community groups to foster life-on-life relationships that transform hearts and families.

This year, we are focusing our Heart for the Harvest offering on two game-changing goals: completing these strategic campus expansions and achieving complete debt freedom on all existing property by November 1, 2028. Imagine the ministry multiplication when every dollar currently going to debt payments can be redirected toward reaching more people and expanding our impact across Tennessee.
