Kingdom Builders is how we link arms and push the Gospel further than any one of us could go alone. It's our strategy to live out the Great Commission and fund our vision to reach one percent of Tennessee and beyond. We are building strong campuses, equipping the next generation, serving our cities, reaching the nations, and planting churches across Tennessee so that Jesus' love impacts and transforms every county, every campus, and every corner of the world.

Church Projects and Debt Retirement
Focus:
Capital projects for buildings, campus expansion, and debt retirement.
Goal:
To keep our buildings and facilities in pace with our church growth.
Next Generation
Focus:
Provide a Win Leadership Institute on or close to UTK to train young adults to win their world for Jesus
Goal:
To have a Win Leadership Institute on or near every UT and other key university campuses across the state, empowering young adults to discover and walk in their calling
Local Missions
Focus:
God Behind Bars locations and Missions Partners that serve communities wherever we have a campus
Goal:
To reach the under-resourced and oppressed through the local church.
Global Missions
Focus:
Global church planting, discipleship, outreach, and village transformation
Goal:
To fulfill the Great Commission through church planting, disciples who make disciples, and nations being transformed
The WIN Network
Focus:
Partner churches, community gatherings, and church plants that equip people to win their world
Goal:
A partner church, community gathering, or church plant in every county in Tennessee

The results of our yearly independent financial audit are available for you to view online at any time. In addition, our finances and operations are overseen and verified by our Leadership Team, a volunteer board of non-staff business and lay professionals who ensure our organization runs with accountability and integrity.
