When you visit us, you’ll experience a super casual and friendly environment, where everyone is welcome. Don’t forget to head over to the Mission Spot to grab a free warm cup of coffee and connect with local and global mission opportunities!

In our Worship Center, our ushers will welcome you to sit anywhere you like. If you are in need of prayer, we have our prayer team stationed at the front of the stage after every service.

The Next Generation

At Faith Promise, we believe in the next generation. We have created environments that both engage and equip the next generation for the world they live in. We’d love to see you and your family this weekend as we discover all God has for us in an exciting new way!

6th-12th grade students have a chance to grow closer to God and each other in the high-energy fpSTUDENTS atmosphere each Wednesday night.

Nope! While you'll see people arrive in anything from casual clothing to suits and dresses, you're welcome to dress however you feel comfortable.

You can feel community and community building at this church. I look forward to Sundays when I’m visiting just to go to church. They just launched their new app and you can submit prayer requests and see other members prayer requests which I’m excited about so I can feel connected back in New Jersey.

This is an amazing church perched on top of a hill like a beacon. We were greeted warmly like we were family. The worship is amazing and the presence of God is real... the message was so relatable. They say "at Faith Promise we never pray alone" which encouraged me to draw close in unity during my own encounter with God. It was apparent that perfection isn't required to come to this church... each visit reveals a little more of God's purpose in my life. They don't "sugar coat" the Bible, and I felt conviction and love for some hard topics instead of condemnation...it is definitely worth your Sunday morning!

The Roses and The Schopps

Our Roane County Community Location is led by four exceptional lay leaders who bring diverse professional expertise and deep East Tennessee roots to Faith Promise Church. Howie Rose leverages his experience as Program Manager for TVA Power Operations Emergency Response, bringing critical infrastructure and crisis management expertise to our community leadership. He serves alongside his wife Stacy Rose in guiding our congregation's growth. Joining them are Rodney and Wendy Schopp, with Wendy contributing her financial advisory expertise from Edward Jones to help steward our church's resources and vision. These volunteer leaders exemplify servant leadership at the highest level, combining professional excellence with passionate spiritual dedication. As lifelong East Tennessee residents, they understand our region's unique opportunities and challenges, positioning them perfectly to lead Faith Promise's mission of bringing hope, purpose, and transformational faith to Roane County families and communities.
